On this page you’ll find commercial and subscription terms that are applicable upon the purchase of Affiliate Plug.in (hereinafter referred to as AFP). If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Affiliate Plug.in is a product by 1337 ApS.

How to shop at Affiliate Plug.in

As a new customer of AFP, you must go through the following steps:

  1. Click the ‘… Try one month free’ button on the front page under the menu ‘pricing’.
  2. Choose your billing period. You will then be forwarded to you cart.
  3. Enter your information and read the commercial and subscription terms. Once you have read these, you must accept them in order to finalize and make your purchase.
  4. Once payment is received, you’ll receive an order-confirmation-email. Immediately thereafter you will be able to log on to the site and download a licensed copy of the plug-in.
As an existing user:
  1. Click the ‘Add to basket’-button on the desired product.
  2. Click past the basket, and enter your e-mail and password on the user account page
  3. Accept the commercial trade and subscription terms that apply between AFP and the subscriber (the ‘Customer’).

Subscription terms

The terms also apply to any add-ons, acquisitions of plugins and customized solutions.
Terms apply after checking the ‘I have read and accepted the terms and conditions of the subscription’ when ordering. The conditions together with the order confirmation email, is the contractual basis for your subscription.

Subscription content and duration

The subscription provides a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use Affiliate Plug.in.

In the customers control panel it’s possible to view active and former subscriptions. Here you can also find an overview of upcoming payments that include price and time of payment.

The subscription shall enter into force on the date of order confirmation and signed consecutively on a monthly basis. The subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of the monthly subscription until the Customer cancels the subscription.

Billing and Payment

When creating the subscription, it will make payment equal to the subscription price for the remaining days of the month.

Subsequently, at the 1st of each month, there will be deducted money according to your subscription. The customer will receive an order confirmation email – as well as downloadable invoices are made accessible through the Customer Control Panel.

Unsubscribe

Subscription can be canceled via the Customer Control Panel here on this website. Upon termination, the subscription will run until the last day of the month after which it will be disabled.

Thus, there is no further binding on the subscription which can be terminated at day’s notice.

Terms of Use

Delivery

When your order is complete and you have received an order confirmation, you can log into your control panel and download the plug-in.

You will not receive any plug-in or invoice by e-mail, but both are available through the control panel on this page.

Payment

On the AFP site, you can pay with VISA, MasterCard and Diners Club. If VAT is applicable it is clearly stated. There are extra charges or fees for payment.

The payment is made through an encrypted connection via pay servers. ePay is a Danish payment gateway, which is PCI certified by VISA and MasterCard to handle credit-card information.

Returns

Goods / Services at AFP are not covered by any withdrawal period and we have no refund policy. You are free to test the plug-in for 30 days with no limitations.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights to Affiliate Plug.in, associated plugins and individually developed solutions are the property of 1337 ApS. Customers acquire no ownership. The customer is not entitled to disclose, resell, rent, lend or otherwise transfer usage right to any third-party. Upon termination of the Customer subscription all usage rights ceases.

The plug-in is provided as is without warranty, either expressed or implied. In no event shall AFP be held liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct indirect special incidental, consequential or other loss arising from the use of the plug-in or lack thereof.

Development of customized solutions

If you require customized solutions, this requires a separate agreement between 1337 ApS and the customer. Pricing for custom and individual solutions are agreed separately.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing,  custom-solution usage-rights are non-exclusive and non-transferable.

Support

To be eligible for support, it is required that you have an active subscription. Once you have a subscription, we offer free support directly related to the plug-in. No server configuration or the like.

Updates

All updates of the Affiliate Plug.in and other premium extensions are included in the subscription price.

Personal information

For us to handle your subscription, we need the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Postcode / Town
  • E-mail address

This information is recorded in order to print a valid involve in accordance with the Danish rules about billing and to deliver the purchased goods / services.

Your personal information will not be disclosed to any third party under any circumstances.  After a purchase you will be automatically be registered as a user in our system. This is done in order to give you access to your control panel where you have the ability to download invoices, products and manage your licenses.
